  • Franco A. Pasquale, ASID, President/ Principal
Franco received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design at the prestigious Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. He continued his studies at the Domus Academy in Milan, Italy and received additional training at Harvard. His clean, tailored, elegant style is informed by his travels abroad and his appreciation of a harmonious marriage of form and function. Franco Pasquale is a professional member of ASID and is an NCIDQ certificate holder.
  • Erin Pauley, IIDA, Project Manager
A native of Florida, Erin received her Bachelor Degree in Interior Design from Florida State University. Her talents and dedication to design responsibility and integrity extend beyond Pasquale Design where she has served as the Tampa Bay City Center Director and is serving as the Vice President of City Centers of the Florida Chapter of IIDA (International Interior Design Association). Erin is also a member of the Florida West Coast Chapter of USGBC. In the past year, she has became an NCIDQ certificate holder and a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional. 
  • Virginia M. Asbury, Project Manager
Originally from Louisiana, Virginia Muller studied Graphic Design at the University of Mississippi and completed her degree in Interior Design at the University of Southern Mississippi. She joined Pasquale Design in the summer of 2005 and has been an integral part of the furniture and decoration process of each project. She is currently an associate member of the American Society of Interior Designers and has been involved in local IIDA events. Virginia has been exposed to many different design styles during her varied international travels and years growing up in the city of New Orleans. She recently sat for the NCIDQ exam.
